Product Increment & Definition of Done

Scrum Artifacts are the tools that enable the Scrum team have a shared understanding of the work.

The three primary Artifacts defined by Scrum are:

  1. Product Backlog: This is an ordered list of all the things that are required in the product.
  2. Sprint Backlog: This consists of all the tasks committed for a particular sprint.
  3. Product Increment: This is the sum of all the product backlog items completed during a sprint and previous sprints
